Positions Available

The Ministry is recruiting for the following roles:

Assistants to Hajj Administrators

Directors of Hajj Operations

Field Administrative Staff

Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

Age Limit:

Minimum 25 years and maximum 50 years as on 30th April 2025.

For specific roles, the age limit is up to 55 years.

Candidates born before 1st May 1970 or after 30th April 2000 are not eligible.

Educational Qualification:

Field Administrative Staff: Minimum qualification of Matriculation.

Assistants and Directors: Candidates should be regular government employees with relevant experience and qualifications as per the Rules of Business, 1973.

Physical Fitness:

Applicants should pass a physical fitness test.

Disabled persons, chronic diseases, or persons with health conditions such as heart disease or high blood pressure are not eligible.

Service Requirement:

Candidates with less than two years of experience in Saudi Arabia as Pakistani Assistant are eligible.

Those with more than two years of similar service are ineligible.

Quota Compliance:

Applications are accepted on the basis of provincial domicile. Quota for Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan and other areas is strictly followed.

Online Registration:

Visit the National Testing Service (NTS) website www.nts.org.pk.

Complete the online application form.

Document Submission:

Attach photocopies of attested documents.

Send them to NTS Headquarters (Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Plot No. 106, Building No. 104, Sector 8/1-14, Islamabad) within 15 days from the date of advertisement.

Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC):

Obtain and submit NOC from the concerned department within the stipulated time.

Shortlisting and Examination:

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written and physical fitness test, followed by interviews.

Notification and Merit List:

Selection details and merit lists will be uploaded on the NTS and Ministry websites.
